When something
feels off

You can’t always explain it.
You just feel it.

Your mind starts overthinking.
Your replay conversations.
You try to figure it out.
But nothing really clears.

Writing became the thing that helped me slow down enough to understand what was actually going on.

This is where I share that process as I’m moving through it.

THE PROCESS

I write to find out what I think

Most of the time, I don’t fully understand what I’m feeling until I write about it.

Sometimes it’s overthinking.
Sometimes it’s frustration.
Sometimes it’s something deeper I can’t explain yet.

But once it’s outside my head, I can usually see it more clearly.

This space is where I share that process as it’s happening.

JOURNAL

Recent Writing

Thoughts on overthinking, emotions, relationships, and trying to make sense of things as I go.

TOOLS I USE

Journals behind the writing

These are the journals I reach for when my thoughts feel loud, tangled, or hard to sort through.

I created them because I wanted something simple. A place to slow down, write things out, and understand what was actually going on instead of carrying everything around in my head.

If writing things down has ever helped you make sense of something, these are for you.

For overthinking, emotional overwhelm, and untangling what’s sitting heavy in your mind.

Focus and Flourish Journal

For slowing down, focusing on what matters, and getting out of mental clutter.

ABOUT

Hi, I’m Rina

My mind tends to hold onto things longer than I want it to.

Conversations.
Feelings I can’t fully explain.
Moments that technically seem fine but still stay stuck in my head.

Writing became the easiest way for me to slow things down enough to understand what was actually bothering me.

I started this space because I wanted somewhere to be honest about that process while I’m still in it.
Not polished.
Not perfectly figured out.
Just real life as it’s happening.
You’ve felt the relief that comes when a tangled thought finally finds words.

If you’ve ever overthought something for days or felt emotionally off without fully knowing why, you probably understand the relief that comes when things finally start making sense on paper.

That’s mostly what this space is.

Welcome.
